but will be deployed on gnt-dal shortly.

This is in progress, i'm rebooting dal-node-01 as we speak and other
nodes will be progressively rebooted as well.

The RAPI users conf is now Puppetized, and the cluster domain secret has
been made identical between gnt-fsn and gnt-dal. It should ideally be
managed by Puppet, before we deploy a new cluster, see team#41159

The firewall still needs to be opened manually.
