Trustworthy mobile app distribution in target regions

We must do better than "a link to an APK".

Need to consider all options

• include apps in f-droid.org main repo
• promote apps in guardian project f-droid repo
• start new "anti-censorship app store" repo
• create alternate branded apps for distribution in region app stores

2. "start new "anti-censorship app store" repo: New Chinese-focused brand f-droid repo and website nearly ready, which includes both Android APK and iOS IPA files for OnionShare and other Tor apps. Will be published directly at new domain, and through various censorship resistant mirror domains.
3. TBA not sure what is happening there. Still only distributed through Guardian Project F-Droid repo.

@gaba FYI we're no longer planning on making any changes here for Sponsor 96, given the end of the project is approaching, however tpo/applications/tor-browser#27539 has received a bump to see if we can get it back on the roadmap in general.
