Track User Research for Tor Browser conducted under Sponsor 30
This is a major issue to track all User Research done for Tor Browser under Sponsor 30 (2021-2023).
This is a User Research Plan to improve Tor Browser experience for human rights defenders under censorship. To reach this goal, we will develop User Research activities to learn target users’ needs, carry in-person user research to document pain points (O3.4), analyze user research pain points findings to inform usability challenges for the design (O3.5) , to test and validate prototypes with user research activities to fix pain points (O3.6), and to analyze user feedback (O3.7) and inform possible improvements.
